My weekend WOW moment!!!

So I was sitting at home on Saturday and was looking thru the Lane Bryant Catalog and decided I wanted to go over to Value City. I occasionally have luck in finding something I like there. There are days that I cant stand rummaging, and hate to be in there. Well I ended up with 2 new work shirts and a dress.. Yes A DRESS!! I cant wait to wear it tomorrow. Its a long story as to why I couldnt wear it to work today.. Anyway.. thats not the wow moment. My Wow moment came when I ran into Penny's at prices corner. Ive been wanting a pair of capris or cropped pants since its starting to get warm, so I grabbed some 16's and headed to the dressing room. Now I was just there a few wks ago (when I ran into Deanna B) and bought 2 pair of jeans (18, and 16 since Im only in a size about a month or 2). Well I put those 16's on.. and well they were BIG!!!!!!!!!!! I ened up with a pair of 14's!!!!!! Woo HOO!!!!!!!!!!!! 14's.. Ive been saying it all weekend to my hubby... Guess what, hubby... my pants are 14's! Its hard to believe that 5.5 months ago I was wearing 26's and 4x shirts. My shirt today that I bought at value city is a 14/16!!! Everyone ask's me how Im doing, and how do I feel... I feel WONDERFUL!!!! I am so happy since surgery, it was the BEST decision I have ever made for myself!!

Heather, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! I know the feeling, shopping is my new favorite thing to do these days. I don't go anywhere near the women's sections in the stores anymore. I head right for the misses department. My friend that was with me that night actually gave me some of her larger junior clothes and I fit into them also. I think they were like a junior 13 or 15 not sure, but I also had a heart attack when they fit me. Keep up the good job and you will be at goal before you know it. Deanna

Congrats Heather!!!!!! I know that has to feel awesome. Keep up the good work and hope to see you soon. I'm going to try to get to the support group tonight but, both kids have a game at 6pm. Darren and I ussually tag team the games so we can each see about half of both! Again, I'm so happy for you!!!

Heather I am also happy for you. I can't wait till I get to that point! Going for my first fill on Friday. It must be so exciting watching the weight come off. Again you look wonderful!

WTG Heather. I am now finally finding that shopping is a very rewarding experience. To find out the sizes keep going down is definitely a big plus!! Keep up the good work Michelle
