Onto "E"

So what is your "E"? My "E"s are Energy, didn't know I could have this much energy. Enjoy, because I sure am enjoying being thin again and the attention that it gets me...lol. I am still amazed at how a single thinner girl who has been going to the same bar for 4 years is just now being noticed. I am enjoying everything that my new life has given me, especially the shopping. It makes me so happy to walk by the women's department and know that because of this surgery and my new life style I will never shop in that department for myself again. So come on Delaware, what is your "E"?

Hey Deanna, My E has to be energized or elated!! Elated I am with my results so far and energized like the bunny! I can't sit still. I have more energy than I ever remembered even in high school when I played sports year round. I love my new look, although I'm working hard on toning up those rough spots (aren't we all). I've noticed too that I am get noticed more...it's a crazy thing and the fat girl in me is like they aren't looking at me!! Michelle

Effort...we must make every effort to find out what is important for us to be the people we want and need to be....so lets do it. We did the first step, surgery....we have to continue this journey's path through positive reinforcements! Being here is a positive reinforcment. Debbie

E is for Ellen (just kidding)...I would say for me it is for "exciting". All the new challanges that this change in my life has made have been very exciting and scary too. I am amazed each day with how my life is different. I am not saying that is perfect but it sure feels better than before my surgery. I have to work hard each day and some days are MUCH better than others but at least I feel like working at my life now and that is "exciting". Have a EXTRA special day today. Ellen
