New Lap band meeting location

Wow! Bite you? Hmmm Ok but what would Mr. Carla say? I will admit I don't attend the meetings often. The last meeting I attended I was embarrassed by a friend who lured me in. I thought I was doing good but someone who shall remain nameless reminded me that I was still fat. I do agree but dang , but I digress. Seeing as though Christiana is closer to me I may attend. Seriously don't let the distance deter u. It can be a good excuse to go out and hit the dollar menu afterwards

Wow with friends like that who needs enemies? There are now 2 meetings in the CRIAS location and none in N. Wilmington. I am done beating a dead horse. Hopefully, a meeting location will form in this area again. There are more and more people becoming banded, so there is hope. Til then...............don't spend more than $2 on that dollar menu. Remember, most of it IS fried! LOL

St Francis Center will also be having meetings the 2nd Tuesday of each month at their location next to CHRIAS. from 6:00 to 7:00 for Lap-Band patients.

Now this is what I like to see.....about time we have some action on this Delaware messgae board.....

I just heard about the meeting tonight, I never seemed to make it to the one up north, but I plan on making this one tonight. I was banded a year ago and have fallen back into old habits and types of foods I eat, I attending meetings my be the piece in all of this I've been missing. Thank you to who ever secured this location....Linda
