More and more hungry....

Hi everyone! I need a little advice because my situation is weighing on my mind. I'm 1 year and 1 month out from surgery (RNY) and am finding myself more anad more hungry and not getting the fullness feeling as much. I look good and feel good but have been sitting at 151 punds for the last 2 months. Dr. Peters says I look good and shouldn't lose too much more or would be too skinny. (who would have ever thought that would happen!) But I'd like to lose about 10 more pounds...am I all done? Is this as much as I'm going to lose? Has anyone been through this? I started in a size 28 pants and now wear a size 12 that are sometimes a little tight....any input would be appreciated! I'm just curious---not complaining since I never would have gotten to this point without the surgery.

Sunny hate to say this but you are now in the Graduate phase of this journey. Its up to us to keep things in check with foods. I am betting you aren't eating alot it just seems that way. Its hard after you have been eating 2-4 oz to ever imagine eating a cup of food. 8 oz seems like alot now to you....I know it was a real hard adjustment for me. Just be sure you are measuring your foods, don't graze, don't drink while you eat and be happy. You have done a great job. Enjoy. Debbie
