OK, time for the next letter
Let's do the letter B.....
My B is BEST, I am feeling the best that I have ever felt in my entire life. I can do things that I haven't been able to do in years. I can even wear high heals to work again without my feet killing me. There are even days when I feel "B"eautiful on the outside as much as on the inside. I have always had the inner "B"eauty, but people never judge you by that, they look first then judge without ever knowing who or what I am about.
Back to my "B" I love this new life that I have been given and I felt good a year ago, then I started to feel better and know I am at my BEST!!!
What is your "B"
Deanna
"B" is for blessing. That is what I feel this new life is about. I am having shoulder surgery on Wednesday and to be able to answer "No" to questions like high blood pressure and sleep apena that were a definite "YES" before and that makes me feel thankful and "B"lessed.

Can't believe I still need my socks and fleece blankets in April
B is for Boy did I miss everyone while I was away. I never got to a computer to check in. Still catching up on all the emails. Will get back to normal in a couple days. I hope.
B is also for breathtaking. This is my 1st time back to Kauai since surgery 3 yrs ago. You know I walked my crazy self all over the place. I was up at sunrise, basking in the warm breezes watching the whales and sea turtles from the beach. How peacefull and truely beautiful. I actually walked all over the resort without a cover-up over my bathing suit to hide me and never lost my breath. They had an awesome gym and I opened it up every morning at 5 to do my workout. I have trouble adjusting to the time change. 6 hrs difference. Course I crashed at 8:30 every night. Went to Costco's there and was able to cook most of our meals cause we had a kitchen. Had my red grapefruit Unjury protein drink & fresh pineapple everyday so I was in heaven.
Hoope to see everyone at the Healthy Beginning mtg tomorrow night. Do you know Ellen's number so I can call her??

Welcome back...I missed seeing your happy face on line. You could have brought some nicer weather back with you. I am doing ok. My shoulder surgery was yesterday and when the nerve block wore off at about midnight...I knew the party was over. I am taking some strong meds and trying to sleep and stretch my arm as best I can when I am awake. Each day will get better and I should be back at work on Monday. I learned to be strong from you and keep a positive spirit. Hope to see you soon.

Oh I want to jump in on this one...My B is for benefits
The benefits that I have gotten from having this surgery, even though I am only 5 months out the benefits of free movement of my knee (had a partial replacement) the decrease of meds that I take for health issues and the overall feeling of wonderful are the exact reasons I had this surgery.
I love this idea of the letters, too bad I missed A
Michelle
B is for believe...
I have listened to all the others , so now I will choose to believe that this surgery was one of the most important things I could have done for my future health, and will believe that things will get better in time, and belief I will get through all the struggles I have on my way to a healthier me.
