One year ago today...

One year ago today my life changed forever, for the better. Today is my 1 year surgiversary. I can't believe how much has changed over the past year. I went from a size 28 womens to a size 12 misses, I went from 306lbs on the day of surgery to 192lbs. I went from wanting to lay around and do nothing to having so much energy I can't sleep some night. I have gone from having no self esteem or self confidence to being proud of myself and my accompolishments. I am glad I took this road in my life. Even with the recent broken heart I wouldn't have changed anything over the past year, except for more exercise. Thank you to everyone for your support and love. Deanna
