Hi Carol, I had a hernia so when I went to the dr. I asked him about getting my panni removed. He suggested I go see a ps so I did. She took pics and sent them in to the ins company and I was appoved. So Feb 5 I had my hernia repaired and my panni removed. I would suggest if you have rashes take pics and have your doctor document it. That would help. Good Luck, Sandy

Carol, Each case is different. My insurance covered my tummy tuck. I had months of documentation from three doctors and pictures for proof. I had to pay for the other procedures that I wanted. I have quite a few friends that were denied. You should make an appointment with a Plastic surgeon. They will submit to see if you can get approved. Make sure you bring any pictures, documentation from doctors and receipts for any topical medications that were prescribed to you. Best wishes, Deb
