For all you Kashi Lovers

They have THE BEST granola bar EVAH!!! It's Ka****LC Pumpkin Spice Flax. Each packet contains 2 crunchy bars, Calories 180, Total fat 6g, Sodium 150mg, Total Carbs 26g, Fiber 4g, Sugars 7g, and Protein 6g. That's for BOTH bars. They are so yummy! I bought 4 boxes of them at Walmart the other day.

Hijack....When ya going to put purty pic up? You look so different now. I was looking at those bars but opted for 100 cal ones instead....I could have saved 10 calories Geez! Less sugar too! Its like that commercial.....I could have had a V-8. Oh well I go shopping again next week...I will try them See ya chickie! Debbie
