Good Meeting Saturday
We had a good meeting at PMRI on Saturday. Got off to a slow start, but there was a lot of good information given.
It was fun seeing old friends and great meeting new friends, too.
Rob, Sorry I missed you. I took a phone call and assumed you were doing lunch. Would have liked to said "Hi".
Thinking of the newbies with their upcoming dates (like Al) keep posting and let us know about how your journey is going.
Also praying for the ones having some difficult times, keep us posted on that too.

Sorry to miss you. I had fifty million things to do on Saturday and only got about half of them done. Hope to see you at the next meeting.
There was a lot of good info, but I'm confused but what we can do about the Leptin and Ghrelin levels? Other than exercise, I didn't hear much practical advice for controlling those levels? I'll have to check Martha Henley to see if she has any more practical advice.

Hey, Good seeing everyone. Great topic even with the slow start. Once we got into the hormone's that affect us I felt it was a little rushed. Good information. These hormones are evidently different in each of us which certainly explains the full/hungry feelings we have experienced. I'd like to know how to control them in such a way that would help continue the weight loss. I am exercising 6 days a week. Stress, well it is a part of life for most of us. Can't do much about it, learning to live with it. Still looking for that magic pill to keep check on the compulsive eating behaviors.
Will have copies available of the handouts for those that want them. I'll bring them to the Healthy Beginnings mtg on the 2nd Thursday. See ya there.
