Hi all!!
Hello everyone!! It's been a while since I've been here, and I apologize. I need to touch base though b/c the holidays about did me in. I need to get my mind readjusted again - it seems all I do is think about eating again - and I sure don't want to gain any of the 163 lbs. I've lost. Anyone have any ideas or tips on how they keep on track? Believe me, I certainly don't want to get back into any of those old habits, and with winter setting in I'm scared. I'm open to any an all suggestions!!!! Thanks & cheers to everybody!!!!
hi cathy its belinda from camden meeting. ive had my surgery 4 months ago things have been real hard. but there getting better, good to see your doing ok. just try and remember what they told you in class at pmri and you will stay on track. are you going to any meetings if where? well if you like to email its [email protected]. see ya lighter.
Readjusting is US! Its good you can identify the problem. You can make the adjustment and get that focus back. You lost 163 lbs...that is GREAT! What an accomplishment.
I am in the midst of trying to get back on track I am back to writing things down....next week will be elminating bad carbs, then we will concentrate on higher protein levels, increase exercise...you see the pattern right. Small steps to get to the big step. It can't be all or nothing at least for me.

Cathy, It has been awhile since I have seen you. 163 lbs !!!!!! WOW ! You have done so great. I think when we start to struggle we should attend support groups for we all have struggles after the honey moon period is over. Remember you still have the tool but old habits are still there. Our heads haven't been fixed. Good luck and keep in touch. See you lighter. Joanne
