DE Rob
Rob it was a good 4th week for me....I had alot of me time so I went to the gym and stayed extra long......It was the best week for me. Mentally I feel relaxed.....I did not get to the 100lb lift by the end of 2006 but hey we got a new year and I am at 80 lbs now so 100 is very doable for 2007. I am still trying to run/jog.......Its a tough for me to get this moving to a 5K thingie....Maybe in the Spring we will go for a personal trainer.....
Happy New Year to you....Glad to see you at the groups and here. Keep me motivated!!!!
