No alternative to Chrias

I had a very nice conversation with Pat at Dr Katz's office. She was very nice and explained that the director of BCBS only made arrangements with Dr Katz to take patients that were pre-op. They have worked very hard at keeping that promise and fitting in as many patients who were pre-op and miss the deadline with Chrias. She said any emergency situation should be handled by our primary care physician and the our PCP can also order all blood work to make sure our levels are were they need to be. None of this solves the problem of fills. What I want for Christmas is for Chrias and BCBS to think of the hundreds of patients involved and give us the peace of mind of having the physician of our choose. I e-mailed BCBS today after speaking with Pat at Dr Katz's office for their suggestions as to what post-op are to do, will keep all informed of their answer. I will also contact the director of employee benefits where I work and suggest everyone do the same.

One word................ridiculous.
