cant find a support group and really need it

hi every one . i am new to this board but i need help. i just moved to harrington de, and can not find a support group. i had my band put on in aug/05 have lost 50 but just gained 4 back . i am afraid i messed up and streched the pouch out . does this happen? i am so mad at myself :-( thanks mary

hi well hun you live in the right town. they have meeting at the fire hall on the third thuresday of every month there and the next one is this thuresday. as far as i know it starts at 7pm. if you like to talk you can email me at [email protected] and ill talk to ya im 4 months out and have lost 50lbs all so. my name is belinda hope to see ya there, see ya lighter.

Belinda, I got your message last night but it was late. Boy Scouts had their Christmas Party and tonight Girl Scouts have theirs. WE are having a meeting Thursday Night.
