50/50,000 Challenge: Week Two complete....

Hello Delaware! Well, the second week of November is complete. Report your progress for the week and look at your goal for the month. Did you procrastinate. Even if your not posting I hope that you are keeping track of your progress. Here's my report for the week:and wrap-up for this month. Previous Month (October): 65 miles, 216m spinning, 45,500lbs. Week 1: 12 mile [running], 65m Spinning, 18,250 pounds Week 2: 10 mile [running, 65m Spinning, 26,500 pounds Percent of Month Elapsed: 50% Percent Achieved vs. 50 Mile Goal: 44% Percent Achieved vs. 80,000 Pound Goal: 90% Goal for November: 50 miles running, 100 miles spinning, 80,000 pounds. Also in November I'll be participating in the PMRI exercise video (banding exercises). Had the dress rehearsal this week, and filming is on Friday. For those planning on doing the MS Bike to the Bay next year, NOW is the time to start getting your legs ready. There are several real fun 35-50mile rides in late March. Rob

Week 1 - 8.5 miles, Pounds were 25,200 lbs. Week 2 - 21.5 miles, Pounds were 7,200 lbs. Totals to date: 30 miles and 32,400 lbs. I am moving along....I did double my week 1 which was my goal for this week. I was happy to be able to do that much! Its all good right! Debbie

Ok, let me try to get in on this. Week 1= 14 miles walking/running Week 2= 19 miles walking/running Worked out with Trainer X2 each week Weights= 3x weekly Preparing for 5k run/walk Thanksgiving Day and MS Bike to the Bay (next year). YES!!!
