Hello Delaware! Well, the first week of November is complete. Did you get started this week?. I just returned from NYC today. I got to see the NYC Marathon. It is an incredible event and the runners are out of their minds (esp. Lance). Report your progress for the week and look at your goal for the month. Did you procrastinate. Even if your not posting I hope that you are keeping track of your progress. Here's my report for the week:and wrap-up for this month. Previous Month (October): 65 miles, 216m spinning, 45,500lbs. Week 1: 12 mile [running], 65m Spinning, 18,250 pounds Percent of Month Elapsed: 25% Percent Achieved vs. 50 Mile Goal: 24% Percent Achieved vs. 80,000 Pound Goal: 23% Goal for November: 50 miles running, 100 miles spinning, 80,000 pounds. Also in November I'll be participating in the PMRI exercise video (banding exercises). For those planning on doing the MS Bike to the Bay next year, now is the time to start getting your legs ready. There are several real fun 35-50mile rides in late March.

Rob, Fell short on my goal this week. I got 8.5 miles in.....(cycling, cross trainer and treadmill). Close to 10 miles. We are getting better. My pounds this week were 25,200 lbs. Better lifting than moving this week. I hope it helps with some body definition. I could use a little. Need more motivation on legs....Better luck this week. Y was closed today otherwise I would have made goal. Walking the neighborhood is not the same for me....I don't know why but I feel I do more at the gym weird huh. Debbie

That's why I make the 30 minute trek up to my gym every night. Even though I have to started to run outside recently, I still feel more accomplished at the gym. Plus there is more variety, friendly people, and towels... Your miles and pounds are extraordinary... Keep the goal in mind as stimulus to keep working hard. Rob

Well gosh reading the goals and acheivments you all are accomplishing ... I feel like such a "slacker" LOL I have not kept track as well as I should I guess and truth be told, lately I have earned the title slacker ... so let it be known, that I am posting this for the accountablitlty factor NOT to impress, as if my numbers would impress anyone!!! LOL So ya'all be kind We will start with today ... got in 3 miles, 30 minutes boxing - heavy bag and speed bag ... ummmm that is it, unless you count running after the little guys or lifting my head up from it's for shame position??? LOL

No such thing as a slacker. and the speed bag is phenom. I haven't had the guts to attend the boxing class at my gym, but I have watched three of my spinning companions come out of the class soaking wet. I'm hoping that people will post to make themselves accountable. Some can handle it on their own, but others need to remind themselves that htey need to push a little harder. Chasing after little ones is definitely a cardio challenge. Keep the pedometer tied to you so you can watch those steps add up. Having fun and enjoying my life, Rob...
