Well,
I did not finish strong, but worked through an illness that nocked me out for a little bitt.
I ran 3 miles last week. But I biked 20. I did some yoga and strength trainingon the days I could not handle arobic exercise.
But for the month I only got 50 of my goal completed. Therefore the same goal will stand for November. But this time is will be smashed.
Carolyn
Rob, I started walking again yesterday. I am so glad that I am back out there too. I walked a mile yesterday and today and I plan on being out there everyday again.
So I will try this little challenge of yours.
My goal for November is 50 miles walking and 30 days of resistance training.
Have a great day,
Deanna
Welcome and congratulations! Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, and Twiggy only had fame for a year. You might want to think about staggering the resistance training to every other day since you really need to give the body time recover after you fatigue the muscles. If you want to do the resistance every day, try alternating between upper and lower body exercises.
Look forward to hearing your progress. You can't get to your goal until you get that first mile.
Rob
