Perfectly normal. Give your body a chance to catch up to itself. Post your stats.
Change your meals, times, exercise. Your body can adjust itself if your routine doesn't change in a long time. Mix things up a bit. Keep your body guessing.
I am the same way...I have lost a total of 100 pounds in 7 months but haven't lost anything is a while...either I gain a couple then loose a couple...I am a gastric patient...
