The Delaware 50 mile/5000 pound Challenge!

Well, week 1 of October is over. Did you get off the sidelines and into the game. It's time to report.
So report your progress for the week and look at your goal for the month. Did you procrastinate? I had a good week, although it is really tough getting back to the gym after being away. Here's my report for the week:
Previous Month (September): 103 miles, no lifting
Month to Date (October): 18 miles [18m running(avg. 11 minute mile), 65m biking/spinning, 12,000 pounds (2 body pump classes), 25 laps in the pool (slow)]
Percent of Month Elapsed: 25.0%
Percent Achieved vs. 50 Mile Goal: 36%
Percent Achieved vs. 40,000 Pound Goal: 30%
Goal for Week of 1014/06:20 miles, 10000 pounds
Need to watch the carbs and get them back into the 40% range to maximize the benefits of exercise. Winter is on it's way so get started now.
