Since all liked my pie at the picnic I thought I would put the recipe on here. This was given to me by a volunteer at the Tunnel Cancer Center. Here it goes. First for the crust : 1 pkg of Murry"s Sugar free Peanut butter cookies ,5 tbs of F/Fmargarine/butter.I chopped cookies in a chopper, melted butter in microwave and mixed together. Put on bottom of pan. For filling. Mix together with mixer 1c.peanutbutter,8oz F/F cream cheese and 2/3 c.spenda. Fold in 8oz of cool whip (F/F S/F). Pour over crust. Melt about 2Tbs of S/F hot fudge topping for topping if desired. You also can top with cool whip. Freeze. I like to eat it frozen but the recipe says to thaw and serve. Your whole family will like it and not even know it is Sugar free. Enjoy !!! See you lighter. Joanne

Joanne, Sounds like a great recipe, what size pan do you use? Thanks for sharing, Valerie

Valerie, You can use any size pan. I used a 10 inch alum. pan to take to the picnic but I like to use small pans also. I found chocolate shavings at Bylers the other day that had only 10 calories. I think topping the pie with cool whip and putting on these shavings will be really good. I will let you know how this turns out. Hope you try the recipe and enjoy it. See you lighter. Joanne
