How are you handling eating?
How are you handling eating....wow that's a loaded question. Its funny how sometimes we have to remind ourselves about our eating patterns. Are you carbing it too much? Feel like if you have another liquid beverage you are going to drown? Are you making sure that you are reaching your protein potential? We do need to be mindful of what we eat.....so today is the day guys. I am going to start paying closer attention to what goes in my mouth....join me!

I seem to do okay some days and then there are other days that I do terrible. I have alot of "family" issues with hubby....which is stressful and the way I dealt with it before was to eat. I am trying not to do that.....but on my monthly cycle boy is that a har one to defeat. I guess it will all work out.

There are times I wish I was a man...but that ain't happening nor does my hubby want that too! LOL. Our hormones are a big problem. What does everyone else do around that time of the month to not over eat I wonder. Perhaps we should make it a post by itself and see what responses we get. Christie, keep your head up and focus on the important things......first and foremost is YOU! The other stuff is fluff and will work out. Take care.

I was up 5 pounds last weekend (sitting on my A$$ doing research and writing this stoopid paper is NOT helping!!). I got back to eating my protein first and cutting back on the carbs and I am down 3 pounds already. I am also pre-menstral (OH GOODY!!!) and extremely bloated. My hands looke like stuffed sausages!
I can't wait till December when these research writing classes are OVER!!!!! I friggin hate writing!!!! I swear I will PAY someone to write my papers for me! Any takers?
OK ***** session over. I gotta type up my notes from the weekend. Back to your regularly scheduled program....................
And I still beat myself up at the end of the day when I realize I've only eaten once, maybe twice. I have up'd my carbs/calories purposefully so I could maintain. But I know I'm getting to the end of my magic window and I am going to have to star****ching what I eat so I won't start gaining.
It's time to start my food journal again I do believe.
