Make of list of all the things you want to do when you loose the wieght. I still remember the first time I could cross my legs without trouble. Going on Roller Coasters with my Kids. Taking walks with my family and me not being tired. Srinking down several sizes. Running my first mile. Geting off all my Rx medican.
Keep focusing on all the things you will gain in your life without the weight
