another question????

I called over to Chrias today to schedule my first appointment. The lady took my information and said someone would call me back. Is that the way they normally do things or are they that swamped?? I forgot to ask her how long before someone would call....... Just wondering any input would be appreciated! thanks Michelle

Hi Michelle, Thats normal. That how they do things. If they dont call you within two weeks I would call back. When I called it was like a week later that they called me back to schedule my first appt. Dont freak out when they say your appt is for a month out or longer. Good luck on your journey. Sharon

Michelle, When I called to schedule my first appt, they were 6 months backlogged. But when a cancellation came, they called me to get me in. Chrias is overwhelmed. Plus, Nicki is no longer there...and she was my life saver! Jennifer
