Deb that's fantastic!!! My scale went up 6 pounds during my vacation in June and I've finally got that back off! Now I'm up & down the same 2 pounds (depending on the humidity & weather or not I've pooped recently) for the past few weeks. I so want to see the 160's sometime in september!!! I guess I should get off my lazy a$$ and get back to exectising regularly!!!! DUH!!!!

H is for bilateral hernia. Not so sure that I will miss them. I'm getting them repaired tomorrow at Christiana Hospital. Horray!

H is for home. I'm home. I did the drive through hernia thing today. Sleeping in my own bed tonight. They let me go home once I peed, ate, and walked... Still need to talk with the surgeon to find out what he did, since all he could tell my wife was that it was quite a mess down there. Now for the recovery. BTW... Tammy if you are lurking, it was great to meet your husband today at Christiana. I was glad that you had him stop by and I was quite surprised. Kerri and I had a great conversation with him, and got to see your picture on his cell phone. Miss you a lot, and hope that your youngest is feeling better as well as the rest of the family. You have always been an inspiration to me throughout my journey. Next stage of my life starts today.. Rob
