Hope everyone's summer has been going well. Things for me have been going along just fine--until the last 6 weeks! Yes, gang, it's plateau time! I had been steadily dropping around 2 lbs. a week. So far I have lost 142 lbs. Then, as of 6 weeks ago, the scale screeched to a halt (I actually heard it!) and nothing I have done so far has made it start to creep down again. I have tried increasing my fluids, increasing my protein, increasing my exercise, and I keep playing with the same 2 lbs over and over again. I lose a pound, then it comes back, lose 2, and they come back one at a time, etc. I am trying to keep it in perspective and look at the overall progress, and I am pleased and grateful for all that has been accomplished. However, I would like to lose some more--probably around another 20 lbs if this is possible. I seem to remember a while back some of you working with a plateau breaking plan--can someone tell me where to find it? I would also welcome any and all suggestions to kick-start my loss again. If this is where my body lands, I will accept it as it is a whole lot better than where I was--but if I can lose more, terrific. Thanks again and hope everyone has a nice day!

I'm right there with ya!!!! I actually gained 6 pounds during my vacation atthe end of June. I have since taken that back off but now I am playing with those same 2 pounds I was playing with back in June. All I can say is that your body will start loosing again when it good and ready! Mix things up, Eat more one day drink more the other. Change your exercise routine. Your body gets into a rut and compensates when yu do/eat the same things every day.
