There is a powerful search engine right at our disposal and sometimes we forget that we can go there to ask for information on matters that affect us.....I have found some great med articles that way! Have you googled today? And G is for Grateful....I am so grateful that I have had this opportunity in life to be healthier! Its also for Gym that I miss so much these days. Debbie, You stole grateful, so I need to go with Germany, which is where Edna (our gourmet gastric bypass chef) has transported herself, and where I plan on being in late October with my girls. It should be a great time, and maybe I'll take in a game or two, as long as that gross GAS doesn't rear itself with the heavy protein intake. Gob
