Need help Bad
Hi Beth!
Congratulations on your weight loss! I had my surgery on 1/3/05 and I've lost 200 pounds so far. Your body will hit plateaus along your weight loss journey. What helped me was to go back to basics - eating mostly protein and leaving carbs for last, drinking at least 64oz of water and remembering that my body needs to time to "rest" and weight loss won't be constant.
Be patient. If you're concerned, speak to a Nutritionist. You may actually not be getting in enough calories - which can cause your body to stop shedding weight, too.
Good luck!

Congratulations on the weight loss and exercising everyday
Hang in there. The weight will start coming off again. A true stall is four or more weeks of no weightloss or inches. Sometimes the scale doesn't go down, but inches are coming off. Sometimes your body just stops for a short period of time because it goes into "starvation mode". You've lost a lot of weight rapidly and the body will sometimes hold onto the weight to make sure that you are not starving yourself. Sounds like you are doing well. Keep getting the liquids and protein and it should start coming down again soon. If not, give a call to the doc or nutritionist.
