Starting optifast today

Today I started optifast. It isn't too bad so far. This time next week I will on the losing side. I am getting nervous and excited at the same time. I will be getting my magic bullet on saturday from my friends as a college graduation gift. I am going to stop by Dr Wynns today to see if there is anything I want from the store since it will be closed till after memorial day plus I wont be able to drive for a while. I will finish up working this weekend and then all my focus will be the surgery and its success. Jen
