Support Group-Thursday night

Just a reminder that Healthy Beginnings will have their support group at 7pm this Thursday (May 11) at Concordia Lutheran Church on Silverside Road, Wilmington DE. Turn into parking lot and go all the way around to the back door. Bring any questions you might have regarding life after Weight Loss Surgery. We can put them in a basket and address them one by one, but they will be anounoumous, so don't put your name on them. This is your time to ask question, make comments or any other WLS info you would like to know/share, with out being identified. You can bring your questions/comments already written out and folded or you can do it there. We will then mix them up and then draw one out at a time and discuss. If all goes ok, I am hopeing that I will finally get to come. I need the support as I am going through some tough challenges after WLS. Bring yourself and if you want you can bring a SUGAR FREE SNACK, you don't have to but if you feel like you want to. Any questions, call me on my cell 610.322.8282. Well Hello Stranger....Glad to hear things are getting back to normal for you. I hope you are feeling better and to see you soon! My Granny's husband passed yesterday and I am not sure of the details yet so I may or may not be able to make Thursday! Debbie
