Opps!! sorry Rich. Thank you so much for the encouragement. Hopefully all this exercise will catch up my thighs and knees with the rest of my smaller body. Here's hoping.

Thanks Jonathan. I am using the exercise bands now and boy I can feel them. Makes me feel good. Also up to 30 minutes on the treadmill and can do 1.5 mph for 15 - 20 minutes of it. Who would have thought I would like exercise? lol
Topic: Awesome workout last night
I'm feeling really pumped up from my workout last night.
First I did a 60 minute spin class, then worked out on 9 nautilus machines, then worked my arms with free weights, then spent 40 minutes on the Arc Trainer (aka The Elypical from hell) and then I did 150 ab crunches.
Yeah babyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Topic: RE: MEDICAID AND MEDICARE SURGEONS LIST!
Dr. Robert Bell and Dr. Andrew Duffy w/ Yale New Haven Hospital accepts all insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. Their office number has changed. The new contact numer for their office is 203.785.6060. The Drs. and ther staff are awesome.
Depending on which procedure you want VSG, RNY or Lap, make sure the insurance covers the procedure. For instance, Medicare does not currently cover the VSG procedure (Sleeve). I would hate for anyone to go thru all the requirements and end up not getting the surgery you desire. Check with insurance 1st. The Drs. office staff can tell you the procedure codes (CPT) for each procedure. Call the insurance and they will tell you if it is covered or the office staff can do it.

Approximately how long does it take for sutures to heal after the VSG surgery?
