Topic: This Week's Vitamin Sales
Once again we find ourselves on another Sunday morning, so let's go see who has what vitamins on sale. I did this last week and everyone seemed to appreciate it, so here we go......
***Please note, I am not advocating any brand or what you should take, as always if you have any questions, check with your doctor first***
CVS:
Nature Made Vitamins or Supplements: Buy 1 get 1 free.
Centrum Vitamins: All varieties - $6.99 (excellent price!-remember when last week Rite Aid had them on sale for $9.99)
Metamucil or Fibersure: $9.99, plus there is a $1.00 coupon for Metamucil in todays paper.
**Nice thing about CVS is that their rainchecks have no limit and no expiration date.**
RITE AID:
Centrum Ultra Vitamins: all types $9.99
Nature Made: all vitamins and supplements - buy 1, get 1 free.
Benefiber: $9.99 with a $2 rebate
WALGREENS:
Nature Made: all vitamins and supplements - buy 1, get 1 free.
Centrum Multivitamins: $9.99 and get a $1 register rewards good on your next in-store purchase
**Now for some non vitamin stuff that caught my eye:
Walgreens Spring Water, 24 pack: $2.99, limit 2(great buy!)
Chicken of the sea tuna(great source of protein): .99, limit 3
Royal Gelatin(including sugar free) 5/$1.00, limit 5
(good for some Easter/Passover deserts)
Ok, that's it for this week, slim pickins' that it is. I hope this helped, and when buying in any kind of quanity, be sure to check the expiration dates.

Topic: RE: Can anyone offer advice?
Maybe change the protein drink you're drinking? Some people can't stand the milk based protein and go to a fruit flavor....
Hopefully the nutrionist can help you out - best of luck to you, it is a hard time to get through - but soon enough it will be just a memory - hang in there

I am on day 3 of the 5 day Protein Sparing Fast. Some of you may have done this to be approved for surgery.
I have not cheated once, but I am chronically nauseated and having difficulty even thinking about getting the 3 ounces of protein per meal into me.
Any suggestions? i have a call into the nutritionist to ask as well.
Thanks

Topic: RE: Need any Isopure?
Hi Paula,
I live in Westport, CT. I bought Apple/Mellon, Mango/Peach and Orange. I bought it for $40/case and am willing to sell for $30/case plus shipping (if necessary).
The cases contain 12 20 ounce bottles and all cases are 1 flavor except for 1, which is mixed.

Topic: RE: SURGERY APPROVED
Congratulations! It is normal to feel a little nervous. You are going to have surgery, but this surgery will change your life. Use your new tool as intended and follow your doctors plan and seek out support here and at support groups. You will do fine and you will be so excited when you start seeing that weight drop off and all the positive changes that you will experience along your journey after WLS.
Wishing you all the best.
Sher

Topic: Need any Isopure?
Hi everyone,
I made a HUGE (and very embarrassing!) mistake when I ordered the clear Isopure. Instead of ordering 1 case, I ordered 5! To this end, I've got more than enough and would love to sell to anyone who is interested.
Let me know if you're interested.
Thanks
