Hi Becky,
Yes...I am a fan of Dr. R too. I look forward to the day I will have my surgery with him. It has been postponed twice due to insurance complications but hope to have it by July.

Can't believe you will be having your WLS next Tuesday!! Long time coming huh? You will be in my thoughts and let us know how you are doing.

The following Tuesday, June 16^th at 6:00pm Nancy Murphy, RD, will conduct her quarterly Nutritional class. All post-op patients are welcome!

On the last Wednesday of the month, June 24^th, Sarah Collins, EP will hold her first Bariatric focused Stay Fit – Get Well group.

All groups will be held in the Seton Room on level C of the medical center. Please note that all groups start at different time. I hope you can take advantage of these wonderful groups specifically focused on the bariatric patient.

Hello All,

I didn't realize that I had not posted on this board yet.

I am a Connecticutician and recently found Dr. R. I have been through 3 other bariatric center programs and LOVE Dr. R AND his staff and glad that I finally found a good fit.

I will have surgery next Tuesday (that feels SOOO great to say) at St. Francis!

I am really excited that I will finally have surgery and I have found such a wonderful surgeon.

Thank you all for your insights and advice (even though I never commented, I have read this board for months)!
