Good to see you back and hopefully you will continue with the right attitude to get to where you want to be!!
Splenda is great - it is sweet without an aftertaste so you can have your tea and drink it too!

Congratulations on making the decision to have WLS. What procedure do you plan on having?
Even though you do not have to do the six month diet it is a good idea to start making some small changes in your eating and drinking and exercise routine. Look over all the info you have been given and get familiar with what kind of program your doctor will have you on.
Wishing you all the best for a clean bill of health and a quick approval from your insurance company.
Don't hesitate to ask any questions here, I am sure someone will be around to offer their support and advice.
