Topic: 2 in a week!!!
I have had 2 "phantom" gall bladder attacks in a week. One was last Thursday and the other was Wednesday. Both woke me up from sleeping. The one on Wednesday was a codeine induced sleep that I was in. I go in to see him tomorrow morning for a follow up for this.
I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

Hi Paula, I had surgery in 2004 (I think I've seen you at some of the Middlesex SG meetings, although I haven't been to one in quite a long time...) - my issues are almost identical to yours - especially the never feeling restriction, feeling sort of like a 'gaping hole' sensation all the time; have gained back 22 lbs. from my lowest; calcium and Vitamin D levels are in the toilet; iron as well. I'm really scared... Maureen

I'm glad you are doing so well. You have been in my thoughts. I have a follow up on Thursday, I know we will be talking about plastics. I kind of want to pu**** out until the spring. (we are going to greece in April and I want no worries).

Hey there! I went in for my fill at the waterford office and was given a simple form to fill out that they forwarded to Fairfield Bariactrics for me.. Easy and simple. For those of you waterford patients he is still seeing patients at the same office! I love Dr. Ehrlich! I am about 18 months post op from lapband and almost 3 weeks post op from Tummy tuck and breast lift. Dr. Ehrlich saved my life and I wouldn't go to anyone else!

71 lb lost pre-op Abdominoplasty & Panniculectomy Dec 4th, 2009
Everything went well. I am recuperating at my sister who I think was the last person in CT to get Internet and cable. Finally able to connect today.
My blood pressure was a little low on Saturday which was causing some lightheadness so Dr R decided to keep me till Sunday. The incision looks like it is healing well and pain had been very manageable.
I am getting protein in, walking( a little hunched over) and anticipate no problems. Will keep you posted.

The pain is totally manageable. So far the recovery is much better than I imagined, I have the binder on all the time, am working and have added back in a few protein drinks to help the healing. Appreciate all the advice.
