Food & Exercise Log Monday
Good morning Everybody
I am so tired! Spend Emger Room last night with my son who had an accident from baseball game. He was playing on third baseman and when he got the ball and tried to tag the player but the player slided into my son s foot and broke his half toenail Owch! That hurted alot! It looked gross Got home late last night from Emger room then slept 4 hours then had to go work this morning!
I do not have enough engery for exercise today and will skip this

Thats awful about your son. Is he in pain this morning? With 6 boys I feel lucky that none of them ever got hurt during sports. Hopefully you will be able to take a nap after work.

I bruised my big toe on Friday and still can't get a shoe on so no gym for me today. Although I will put my gym bagin the car in case my toe feels better. Believe it or not I love going to the gym!! The harder the workout the better I feel.

I will call my son this morning later to ask him how he is feeling . I expect he will be pain this morning than last night because they put numb part of his big toe! I would love to join with you to exercise at gym someday for guest pass if your gym allows this. True! you feel alot of better after keep working harder exercise. Sorry about your toe too :O(

You better skip exercise today! You need rest! You need to stay healthy for your surgery! Congratulations on your race this weekend! I am so proud of you and Terri! What a great accomplishment!
Anyways....I am going to start doing this food and exercise log.....so i can get back on track! But today.....I am having my colonoscopy so here is what I'll havr today YUK!
Breakfast: 4oz of apple juice mixed with Fleet Phososoda.........YUP that's it......my test is at 12:45 SO......i AM FASTING UNTIL THEN!
after my test, who knows what state I'll be in....but I bet I will be hungry! Sooooo...I am going to have some kind of good protein.....possibly roast beef.....or some kind of meat and a small salad. I'll check back later!

Great to see you back on food/Exeercise log! Yup You will be next with your boys when they play in sports! You are right! I have to listen what my body tells me and need save alot of engery for my surgery coming.

I need to get much more water in today. I've been very low lately and I am feeling sort of dehydrated. I think I need to buy a banana today too b/c I am getting that weird pain in my leg again, the potassium seems to help. And in strange news today, I seem to be dumping lately. Me, old iron stomach, have actually vomitted twice last week and had stomach cramps after a oatmeal cookie yesterday. Well maybe I'll be scared straight from here on. I doubt it, but we'll see. lol
I'm gonna walk after work today. Last Friday I walked from downtown New Haven to my house which is over 2 miles. Its a good little walk. And I found out that my insurance will cover my gym membership, so that will save a bit of money for me once that gets going. If you haven't checked, see if your insurance has a similar program.
