Hey Everybody Thanks god It is Friday!!!! I will running to do my errands at work and home too. No Exercise today except walking all over places to give my body rest for tomorrow for 5K Road Race. It will be very busy weekend for me. B-left over steaks from yesterday dinner S load of water L ??? Did not bring my lunch S Load of Water D have not make plan for dinner S Simple smart milk and load of water Not good plan today because I got home late from went out girlfriend last night. Happy Friday Everyone! Crystal light orange flavored drink B- fat free bologna w/cheese S - whole grain crackers with melted cheese L- Fat free spicy refried beans w/cheese and a few bites of yogurt S-coffee and crystal light through out the day D - ??? Not sure we will be going out to eat...probably some type of chicken. Exercise...will go for a walk around the block at lunch...and hit the walking trails this weekend..hopefully get a chance to clean up the yard..it's a mess. Enjoy your day everyone, Mickey

Good luck with your race tomorrow! You guys are amazing! pre dawn protein bar B - sausage & egg S - protein bar L - turkey chili S - cottage chesse D - ??? probably tuna S - sf popsicle They had sf popsciles at Stop & Shop for a $1 a box so I splurged and bought some yesterday. I had a mini "heart attack" last night. Haven't had one in months now but then again I haven't really been monitoring my carb intake lately. I have been getting in some carbs but nowhere near the 75g that seems to keep my blood sugar up. Oh well, it wasn't anything major, I'll just have to throw in an extra protein bar somewhere in the day somewhere. I need more exercise! My size 10 jeans barely fit this morning and although I am having my period, I have my suspicions that my little 30 mins of exercise a day isn't cutting it for the amount of food I eat a day. I have got to get back up to my 45 mins. Have a nice weekend guys!

Yayyyy..Friday B-Peanut butter on whole wheat bagel L-Healthy Choice S-Kashi dry cereal snack (mixed with cranraisins and almonds and a few mini choco chip) D- ???? I did a great workout at the gym yesterday. Ran on treadmill for 2 miles. I'm haveing a hard time getting my heart rate up now. then it takes a long time to recover. I quess its cuz all those months I couldn't work out. Then upper arms for wgt training. Will try and go again today if there is time. I have to do a lot of driving for work today. Kathy, I will be looking for you and Terri tomorrow. I live right near the hospital. Go get'um!!!

Hey Kathy, Have a great time in the race tomorrow with Terri. I wish I was going to be around this week-end, I would come and cheer you on. This week-end I will be in Albany at Olivia's last dance competition. I will finally have my week-ends back after this (although I love to watch her compete!). I will read the results in the paper! Hi Everybody! Lovely day today! B ham and cheese roll up S Cheese stick L Small chef salad with greens, 2 slices of deli turkey, and a few grape tomato's with a little E.V.O.O. S Protien Shake D ? Not sure, My 17th Wedding anniversary today and The Mrs's says I don't have to cook so will see what turns up. No gym today, went yesterday. Will see if the Mrs's wants to help me work out later! Hey all, thanks for all the support for Kathy and I for tomorrow's race. i hope i can make it to the end, I will definately consider that a win. if not, somebody please come out and fnd me -- i will be the lone nordic walker passed out on the side of the road with footprints all over her. B - special k protein cereal coffiee w/des. whey s- handful of nuts and raisins L - chicken breast s - finshed package of nuts and raisins D - peanut butter & jelly sandwich (i really need to do some shoppng) s - sf popcicle have a great weekend everyone! terri
