Support for Sue K. Please.
At the last Lap band support group for Dr Barba, I met the nicest person. Her name is Sue. We had a nice talk as we walked to the parking garage, and coincidentally we parked right next to each other. Of all the floors of the hospital parking garage we end up right next to eachother. Strange huh? Well we discovered a lot we had in common that day.....we live in the same town......we are going through lots of the same things weight-wise......she is having the same surgery with the same surgeons I did .........we are both having health issues with our loves ones.....etc.
It was so strange to talk to her and we just shared soooo mu*****ommon it was just great. We have been great support people talking since that day. 
I told her I belonged to this group and how wonderful the support is. I told her she should join us. SHE DID !!! 
I am honored to take on the 
role for her and I think we will continue to be great friends. Its so awesome to have someone in the same town with so mu*****ommon.
I am going to try to surprise her up at the hospital tonight. 
If everyone could just post a little something to give her a quick congrats and a little pep talk. I know she is so excited and it would just be great if she got to read all the posts when she gets home.

If and when you read this Sue.....I have thought about you all day and I cant wait to try to see you tonight. I hope all goes well and I am sure it will, you have a fabulous surgeon. I will be seeing you soon either way.

****UPDATE****
I went to the hospital to surprise Sue last night. She is doing great! A bit sore 
but we all know that is expected. I met her wonderful husband and her sister and brother in law. What a wonderful family.
I got a chance to visit, answer some questions, and hear about her day, then let her spend some time with her family and get some 
but I just wanted to let you all know she is well and she is banded.
Let me be the 1st one to congradulate her and give her that spot on the bench I saved.
Welcome to the losing side my dear friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and what a journey it is.
I cant wait to show you the ropes. (and go clothes shopping too)
