PS 4 pre-ex med w/ Oxford?

Hi everyone, Has anyone had Oxford approve plastic surgery (medically necessary) for a pre-existing condition? I'd love to combine the medically necessary PS with other things that I would like to have done. I understand that it can save a lot of out-of-pocket money...(as you have to be in the hospital anyway...and have the anesthia...) Any advice? Laurie
