Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
B- Slim fast high protein shake
L- Grilled chicken wrap with roasted peppers, lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo
D - one meat ball, a small amount of pasta with sauce, 1 piece of garlic bread, mixed vegetables
S - 1/2 cup light ice cream with light cool whip
tons of water through out the day! No fruit though - I've got to work on that!
No execercise - I just plain didn't feel like it!
