Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good morning Everybody,
It is great to see everybody is using their tools by input their food/exercise log yesterday. I am so proud of you
My friend was showing me while Jessica was at softball practice. I was doing nordirc walking on the field which added my exercise log for yesterday. The lady was jumping from her jump rope. She came toward me and asked me if I was trying this but did not know I was deaf. It is a talking jump rope !!! it makes working out fun! She said it have music and an automated voice that encourages you by announcing how many calories you bunred
She showed me how it works all you flip a switch on the handle to chose between the voice or music then start jumping!!! She said it costs 18.00 through www.amazon.com. It is not worth for me because I cnanot hear but it will worth for all of you SMILE!
B-nectar protein drink ( woke up late and rush to work)
S mozz stick and load of water
L stuffed pepper
S load of water
D fish with green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water
will do treadmill for 30 min at home tonight.

B-Left over turkey w/gravy..(Turkey never ends when you have a whole one in the fridge!)
S- (?) 4 whole grain crackers w/melted cheese
L - left over from yesterday..chili/melon/cheese
D- Not sure yet?? Maybe a hamburger and veggie.
Crystal light & coffee through out the day.
No working out tonight I have a haircut appointment..my hair is FINALLY coming in strong & healthy...but OUT OF CONTROL...
AMERICAN IDOL TONIGHT...I'm such a nerd love that show!

anyway, i have the day off today for many appointments and have the chance to post on the food log at the beginning of the day for a change.
B- special K protein cereal w/milk

L - hmmmm....gonna be on the run today, don't know
D - marinated chicken breast and salad
s - sf pop
if it isn't raining today i will go out for a nordic walk, if not, i will do my yoga video and tread mill
my mantra today is NO GRAZING!!!! i am picking at night time and it is killing me! i am not even hungry, just old bad habits to munch while watching tv. put my pre surgery pic on the fridge. it is helping a little.

2 miles with Leslie Sansone = 30 mins cardio and resistance band.
Endorphines pumping... good thing... need it for work... a.k.a. the Zoo!

B- 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/4 c fresh berries, 1/4 LS oatmeal.
S- HB egg
WATER WATER WATER (goal for day is 80 oz)
L- 1 turkey rollup, 1/2 c. salad (vinegarette dressing)
S- Protein Shake
D- ???? Support group tonight.
S- Dannon Lite Yogurt

I went walking this morning for a hour.... I have to stay late all week at work to complete my homework assignments... in 12 days....

I will get up in the morning and go walking again. I will find out tomm for sure but i think i lost 3 pounds this week.

I was going to go to the support group meeting tonight but something came up so I can't go. So now that I have the night to myself I think I will walk to Walmart. Now that it is nice out, I enjoy walking more than my regular exercise. I walked about 2 miles yesterday, from work to the support group meeting in Hamden.

My sons baseball games just started yesterday and his games are fom 5:30pm to 8:30pm. I am doing my errands on my lunch break and NOT going to the gym. This stinks. I have to find a way to work around this. I need to burn all the damn calories I can. (and I know what you're all thinking....go in the morning before work....well I cant drop my kids off until 7:30am and I have to be to work for 8:00am.) HUH!
Today I have to go gracery shopping in the rain. I hate shopping and in the pouring rain and under an hour is even more FUN!
Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Wasn't going to go to gym today but I said, "What the Heck" So glad I did as I was feeling a bit down about the weather today, but walked out of the gym,"Singing in the Rain"! Have a great night everyone!

What a lousy day out today. It was so busy at work too. I have totally given up on this scale ever moving again, I get excited and pow it goes back up again. I give up.

Lots of snapple sf icetea today along with my usual propels. Did alot of walking around the building since it was raining out. Will do my bike tonight since its yukky out.
