Food & Exercise Log Monday
Hi Everybody,
I am very busy at work but want input Food/Exercise Log
B-instant oatmeal (lowewr sugar)
S load of water
L- tuna salad with little lettuce
S load of water
D shrimps with green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water
30 min to do cardio at gym during my lunch time
