TT denied by CIGNA

Well, no surprise there. My request for a TT was denied, sent pictures, documented evidance of rash, etc...shot down. Went to Dr. Pan in NH for the consult. We will appeal. Anyone have a heart tugging appeal letter? I'm holding my own, went to the lowest of size 10/12 and have pretty much stayed there. Hope everyone is well
