Food & Exercise Log THURSDAY
Good morning Everybody,
while I am typing this, I am waiting for gym to be open at 530 am at work. I will do 30 min for cardio then will go back gym during my lunch time to do situp abs and weight lifts
Drink nectar protein before go to gym
B toasted rye with melted cheese
S load of water
L sliced of lunch meat (turkey) with mozz stick with little mustard on it and some sliced of tomatoes
S load of water
D grilled turkey with cheese top and sliced of tomatoes and small salad
S load of water and simple smart milk
