Food & Exercise Log Monday
Good morning Everybody,
Sorry I was very busy last friday through Sunday. My kids are not happy to go back to school today after staying home for spring vacation. I told them last night that they have two more months to go for Summer vacation and it will be here before they know!
I want to cut the grass from our yard this weekend but the raining postoned this and my grass is getting taller and more greeny!
both of my kids will have softball/baseball games tonight and I do not know if they have games or not because of raining/Thunderstorm tonight.
B-cold chicken
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L roll up ham with mozz stick with lettuce with some mustard on it
S load of water
D sir pork with little cabbage and green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will do cardio for 30 min at gym during my lunch time
Have a good workout!

Well......I have not been to the gym in like 3 days so here I am feeling amm guilty since I have not been especially careful with what I have been eating this weekend either, and I get on the scale this morning and guess what it says........230.4
I cant even believe it! I have been in the 230's for weeks. I just felt like I would never get down any further. I was so excited. I cant wait to get to the 220's.
Had to share and I cant wait to get to the gym today on lunch break !!!!!!!

D Making a pot of Turkey Keilbasa Stew. Trying to get the "Chill" out of my bones
Lots of heavy lifting at work today so will take a cruise to nowhere on the my excersize bike after supper.I haven't been to the gym for a couple of days either Bre but did keep busy all weekend with a bunch of indoor projects. Hope We see the sun tomorrow! It's a great motivator!

Its been rough at work these past few weeks, very busy. Lots of decaf coffee w/ protein powder. Its decaf but somehow it keeps me going!
I have been slacking on the exercise, only doing 30 min a night. I figure that it is better than nothing but I don't want to allow myself to get so lazy that I stop exercising all together. Every couple of days I walk to Walmart and back, which is about 4 miles. I am getting weighed this week, so I hope that extra bit of walking will pay off!

When you post saying you have a "load" of water...how much water is that about? And, are you doing it to fill your pouch before a meal like Dr A wants us to do...???
I just got a sheet from his office about maintenance diet and it says to water load 15 minutes before a meal to fill you up. Do you do this?
And, it also says on there not to have protein shakes, as they don't fill you up.
I'm due to go in and see him, I have to see new nutritionist too. I'll ask him about this then.
