Which Employers Offer Insurance That Covers RNY?

I'm looking for a new job and the deciding factor for me will be whether or not the employer's insurance covers RNY. I work in healthcare administrative support. Any info out there?

I think Yale University and Yale New Haven Hospital (two separate employers) cover it through their insurance. Other than that, it's up to the employer not the insurance company to cover the procedure.
