I need help!!!!!!

I recently had a baby. When I found out we were have a lil one i had gooten down to 197 from 255. I had the baby on May 1st. at my 6 week pp. I weighed 245. In total while pregnant I gained over 50 lbs or so. I really need help getting back on track. Any Suggestions would be very helpful.

What operation? Step number 1- hydrate. Keep a water bottle with you at all times. 2- exercise: aerobic and weight training. 3- journal, try 'my fitness pal' app 4- meal plan (a good tool is the southbeachdiet.com meal planning tool). 5-Dont be afraid to ask your surgeon or dietician for help!
