New to the Middletown area...

Hello all... I recently moved to the middletown area. are there any support groups around? I am also looking for a workout partner. And some much needed motovation.

There is a great support group at Middlesex Hopsital on Mondays.   The third Monday of month is for post op patients.  And the forth  Monday of the month is for both pre-op and post op.    It's from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

I attend the Monday group when I can and one on the second Saturday of the month from 10:30-12 also in Middletown.  Good Luck and Welcome. 

I'm moving to CT too...not sure where Middletown is. Not sure where anything is!! Just starting the process. Just wanted to say good luck to you!!!
