strictures :(

 i posted this on the cccares page, but realized there was this part that would reach more people... as of this afternoon i am schedualed for an endoscopy on monday... but still looking for anyone who has had this... thanks

posted a blog about some questions about strictures... anyone had one? any thoughts? info.. please check out my blog and feel free to leave me some ideas... anything would be a great help... im worried now cuz im loosing weight but not becuase im eating good, but because im not eating...

Hi Cassie, I dont know what a stricture is...I guess I should find out too since I just had the sugery too.  Dont worry about the scope, I had one pre op. Its not that bad, they sedate you really good.  hang in there and keep us posted.

I just saw this post and read the blog. As of now you prolly have all your questions answered. If not, ask away! I had 2 strictures my first year out plus another blockage that wasn't WLS related.

i did have a stricure... a mild one but wow did it make a difference once they opened it, hope it doesnt happen again
