I'm looking for some info for a friend.  She wants PS, but can't afford it (who can?).  I know I read a post a long time ago that had a list of residency programs that do PS, and I thought Yale was one of them.  Of course, I can't find the info now!  Can anyone help me out?  Thanks so much!

I have heard Yale is the best for that. Actually, I haven't heard of any other programs, so Yale it is.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.  Nice to know people have heard good things, other than "they're cheap!"  Would anyone have contact info for them?  Thanks again.

Cheap is very relative.  IMHO- they are less $ than experienced practicing surgical groups, however, they are not cheap.

You can expect to knock a few thousand off your tummy tuck or other such work.

Yes, I would call the main Plastic Surgery number  (203) 785-2570 to see about the residency program.  I heard that most of the services run about $3-4k each.  I know that is not cheap, but its less than what the others offer.

If thats all inclusive it is a bargin.  The cheapet procedure estimated by the ps doc at the rye oh event was $8-10k.

I used Yale, my extended tt with muscle tightening was 4k 3 years ago, my neck lift 4k also, they redid my neck lift for free when I had my brach surgery which was 3.8k.  I loved my tt, my arms are looser then I would like, I wouldn't redo the neck there again, I would definately seek the services of a facial plastic surgeon.

Good Luck
Heidi
