 Hi Kathy,

I am going to see him, but I think it is in New Britain. Are you going?

HI Tammy.
How were the eggs last night??
Been thinking of you and hope you are progressing well.
I thought he was OK, it was kind of like going to a weigh****chers meeting and learning about food substitutions and to get moving.
I guess for me we eat such a small amount that I have made the choice to cut out white carbs and measure.
He also had it measured out to 4oz turkey, 1/2 cup of this and that. It totaled over 1 1/2 cups of food and pumpkin pie for dessert even at about 10 1/2 months out there is no way I can eat all that.
Did you buy that low carb cookbook I was wondering how it is. I love the (I think) skinny girls 200 recipes for 200 calories. I have been using the fiber stick cereal ground up as breadcrumbs and they are great. Picky husband can't even tell the difference.
Have a great day.
Kathy

Hi Kathy - Thanks for the review! What brand is the fiber stick cereal?

I did get the southbeach diet cookbook and it looks awesome - I told my son he could pick any recipe that he wanted and I would make it for him - he chose mustard crusted steak, sweet potatoe "fries" and cheese cake - they are all high protein and look pretty easy to make - I'll let you know how it comes out - I think I'll make it for him next week - of course I won't be able to eat any of it - maybe a bite of the cheesecake because it's made mostly with ricotta I think......

Eggs were fine - no problem - I ate my two teaspoons!
Warm Regards - Tammy -
