Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody,
I will be busier taxi mom from 430 pm to 700 pm for my kids's baseball/softball practice and cook our dinner between that time.
B-broiled egg
S nectar protein drink / load of water
L tuna salad with sliced of tomatoes
S load of water
D chicken with green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will go gym during my lunch time and will do weight lift and abs sit ups

B-Mini whole wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese and lox with capers and onion
LTunafish with salad
S-crystal lite fruit punch flavor
D-pork with collard greens and bite of sweet potatoe
S-mandarin oranges and cottage cheese with cinnamon
Herbal tea,crystal lite and propel(can't seem to stomach plain water any more)
Finally got back to the gym yesterday. IV Picc line finally came out last week and Dr A gave me the okay to start excersizing. My endurance is down. Sweated like a pig at low intensity and it took a long time to get my heart rate down, but it is a start. Did some lite upper arm wgts also. Will skip gym today and will go tomorrow.

B - Fried egg w/cheese and few bites of left over ham.
S - Snapple diet iced tea & coffee
L - Chicken salad on 2 whole grain crackers with a few bites of left over Chili
S - More liquids..crystal light
D - Egg drop soup and some left over chicken salad from lunch.
(Company is ordering chinese for everyone.)
(I'm at work again until 8pm tonight...bleck!)
Unfortunately no working out until Thursday due to the late hours I'm keeping Mon - Wednesday this week. I really miss it!

I admit right now that I am sooo behind on my liquids. I am only at 20 oz or so thus far. I was run ragged at work, training this new receptionist and trying to do my own job at the same time. I haven't even taken my vits. yet. So that is my goal for the evening, get in more water, take my vits and exercise. That is the good thing about a stressful day, I am actually looking forward to exercising!
